Gateway Greens Community Association, Inc. (GGCA) is a Florida not for profit, master homeowners’ association that oversees the Gateway Greens Community.   GGCA was created in 1988 “to promote the recreation, health, safety, aesthetic enjoyment and social welfare of the owners and occupants… and to operate and maintain the Gateway Greens Common Areas.”

GGCA represents more than 1,400 residences. We are a diverse community offering a variety of properties. i.e., condominiums, town homes and single residences. Some neighborhoods within Gateway Greens have an additional neighborhood sub-association that liaisons with the master association (GGCA) while others are under the master association only.
